I collect and store information (such as email address, account login details, computer connection information and purchase history) you enter on my website or provide in other ways (such as clicking). I also collect the IP address used to connect your device to the internet. I may use software to collect and store session information including page response times, length of visit, click information and methods used to browse away from the page. I also collect personal information such as name, email, password and communications, payment details including credit card information and any reviews or feedback as entered via my website or through linked channels such as my Google business page. During our consultation I also collect personal information which is relevant to my practice such as GP address, general personal health details.

 

I collect the above information through my website, the contact form, via email or phone number available, or in person during our consultation. This information is only ever used for the specific reasons which have been stated or explained. I collect and store this information for the below reasons:

 

• To be able to book services, send communications and information for the appointment and follow up and receive payments for agreed services.

• To contact clients with ongoing relevant promotional information if agreed.

• To create statistical data which I may use to improve my services and create an effective customer experience and reach.

• To comply with the laws set out by my professional association and otherwise.

• To be able to provide an effective treatment and ensure there are no contraindications for therapy and ensure client data is up to date.

 

My business is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Where physical records are kept, such as my intake form during a consultation, these are stored in a locked facility.

I may contact you to notify you regarding your account or send information about our appointment, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates or promotions, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and post.
